There are lots of exciting things happening at Macnut Farm. One of these is a BEE BED THERAPY room, a FIRST ๐ŸŒŸ๐Ÿฅ‡๐Ÿ๐ŸŒŸ๐Ÿโœจ๏ธ๐ŸŒŸ in the country. Meet the Queen Bee herself, Kristie Paine from Bushveld Bees , who visited our therapy room today. Our hives in the BEE BED THERAPY room are maintained by the best in the country, none other than Bushveld Bees.

Bee bed therapy, also known as apitherapy or hive therapy, involves sleeping on a bed placed above an active beehive. The vibrations and hum of the bees create a healing environment that can help with stress, sleep disorders, and other health issues.
The ionised air around beehives help cleanse the respiratory system and the natural aromas of honey, propolis, and plant nectars help with health concerns like asthma.
Bee bed therapy can be beneficial for people suffering from depression, sleep disorders, and other health issues.
Bee bed therapy strengthens immunity.
