Flavours’ Catering was established in 1996 by Neville and Sandy Long. The business has grown steadily over the past 17 years and now boasts a staff compliment of over 25. Our clients come from all walks of life and include corporate, universities, colleges, small and medium businesses, sports bodies, national and international bodies and of course private individuals. We now offer a complete servi
ce in the catering industry, which encompasses Hiring, Décor, Waitrons, Bar facilities, Barmen, D.j’s, Flowers, Invitations and Multimedia. We tailor functions, specifically designed to suit all occasions. The secret to our success has always been to offer good value for money, coupled with good food and good service. Hence our motto: “Quality Service and Personal Attention” which remains true today. We understand that when a prospective client approaches us regarding a function, that they are invariably looking to impress either their own clientele, guests or staff members. It is therefore imperative that the catering service be professional and well executed. Unless we are absolutely certain that we can provide the highest standard excellence, we will elect to decorously decline rather than disappoint a client and ourselves….. As a Caterer, our philosophy is to provide good, healthy, homemade food at affordable prices and we do believe that our new menus do justice to this credo. With an ever increasing awareness toward a healthier lifestyle and our country’s cultural dietary diversity, we have expanded our vegetarian section in our Light Meal Menu. There has also been a move in our Finger Snack Menu to shift away from the deep fried foods to rather utilise baked options as the healthier alternative. We are using more “good” oils and less “bad” oils across all our menus. We have also expanded the sandwich selection for those who prefer something light for lunch, using a greater and healthier variety of breads for our sandwich assortment.
