Delicious Doughnut Recipe 🍩🍩🍩

1 cup Milk
1 tablespoon instant yeast
65g Castor Sugar
2 large eggs
86g or 6 tablesooons of melted yellow wooden spoon margerine
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
500g white bread flour or all purpose flour plus more as needed

- sift flour
- add in castor sugar, yeast, nutmeg and salt
- whisk together eggs
- warm the milk
- add eggs, warmed milk and melted margerine to dry ingredieants
- add more flour if needed, a tablespoon at a time
- mix together and knead on a floured surface untill dough is smooth (15 minutes)
- cover and allow to rise (45 to 50 minutes)
- Once dough is double in size, knock down
- roll out dough and cut out doughnut shapes
- allow to rise whilst heating oil
- fry doughnuts in hot oil until golden brown and cooked through.
- when cool, dip in chocolate and decorate as desired.
