Some Events/Experience’s are “Landmarks” - (an event, discovery, or change marking an important stage or turning point in something) This event was the turning point of my own journey leaving the Corporate world 🌍 to launch MG Collective, venturing into the ‘unknown’ side… “Leap and the net appears..” I chose this landmark venue to host this at Focus on iThemba to share with others what they do for community. An incredible NPO in KZN . The ultimate highlight was our ‘time’ with the Great Johnny Clegg, being one of his last public engagements. We were honored, This event forever in the eye of my heart 💜 Favorite song : “Scattlings of Africa” This song is the personification of what unity among a people, especially a previously divided people, can look like. Clegg, accompanied by the music group Juluka/Suvuka, sings about his love of the "scatterlings of Africa," the diverse people of Africa and how they come together to create a truly beautiful continent. Creating these Family Day concert events brings unity & FUN all in ONE 💫MG Collective
