Our Story
Wave Catering is an owner run and owner managed company started and run by JD Venter, who has over 22 years’ experience in the restaurant and food industry. He has been lucky enough to work with some of the top brands in South Africa and he has a passion for cooking and managing events from start to finish. Wave Catering was established in May 2014 and serves mainly the greater Durban area. Some of Waves services include but not limited to - Baking novelty and wedding cakes - Event catering from savory and sweet platters to a 5-course meal - Hiring out décor, cutlery, and crockery - Party packs - Face painting We strive to provide outstanding food and world class services to our clients!
