EAST LONDON - I am super excited to announce a Brand New addition to the city's Night Life. 'Open Comedy Nights' that will be happening every Wednesday at Legends Showcase Venue in Berea [Starting Jan 22].

This is the perfect spot to come enjoy a fun-filled, laid back, mid-week hangout, with good food, drinks and jokes! 😁

After beating their own challenges of cancer, substance abuse and then losing their home, Lucille and Neil Benfield started VUKANI EMBRACE FAITH AND HOPE NPO to help heal and support those facing similar challenges and to feed communities in East London.
They have formed support groups and various other programmes for men and women, have developed food gardens, run a “Kids Club” during school holidays and on Saturdays during the summer months, run drives for feminine hygiene products, organise food parcels for the hungry, offer counselling for victims of gender-based violence, support for households affected by substance abuse, and the list goes on.

The organisation has no monthly financial backing and relies on donations from local businesses and the community, so please support this worthy cause and grab a ticket or two and join us for good music and entertainment on the evening and be a part of possibly changing somebody’s life forever.
Spot prizes/giveaways and a raffle competition will be held on the evening.
