Sourdough is amazing! It's taken more than a week to develop my own sourdough starter. It's got to be 'fed' daily... almost like having a new pet 🐕 but the end result was well worth the effort. I made my first sourdough loaf and WOW. So if anyone is interested in this concept and needs help or advice or would like to buy a sourdough 'starter pack' please contact me.
