BACKGROUND INFORMATION

The place or a land for Event Palace was founded in 1999 by Thelma Sibaya who is a Grandma now.Frankly it was a dumping site.She applied for the infrastructure and it was a on the same year(1999) but received the lease agreement on the following year (2000).Apparently she built a creche infrastructure .There was a time it was demolished without the owner’s concern.Yet she was paying monthly services of the place till this day.Due to some controversials and Thelma Sibaya being illiterate the facility ended up being runned by oursiders.Luckily one of her daughters took a legal action to claim back the land with paperwork as enough evidence of the ownership.That’s why this year 2023 it’s officially running as a palace event because many events were held there.This venue is a more like a business center because it has a car wash,entrepreneurs are allowed to use the place for promoting their brand.It can be hired for any type of event.Event Palace is the best name to describe the purpose of this area.
