Had the opportunity to serve the Mdhluli family this past Saturday and what a wale of a time we had! On the Menu was:

• Cinnameg Roasted Sweet Potatoes with a Salted Caramel Sauce and Pistachios

• Eastern Pilaf Rice finished off with Toated Coconut Shavings

• Duck Fat Roasted Potatoes

• Elote Corn with a fresh Green Aioli, Fig Preserve Cheese Crumble and Crispy Onions

• Pesto Green Beans on a bed of Gremolata Greek Yogurt

• Cape Malay Coconut Curry Whole Red Snappers

• Roasted Chicken in a Citrus Spiced Sauce

• Lamb Spitbraai with a Red Smoked Vino Chimmichurri Sauce

Lots of love went to this cook and loved how the family left no crumbs 🥹😅
