FLEXIBILITY: Whilst we – at all times – strive to be flexible, all items changed after we have purchased their ingredients, will be charged for at full quoted price. SUBSTITUTIONS: Should an ingredient, for any reason, be unavailable we reserve the right to replace it with a suitable substitute. VALIDITY: Quotes are valid for 10 days. Kindly contact Blissful Delights for an extension. CANCELLATIONS: If you cancel 30days prior to your wedding - 75% deposit refund will be given. If you cancel 14 days prior to wedding - no deposit will be refunded. OTHER: We allow a 15min delay in times confirmed, but should you take longer that 15min and food have to stand, we take no responsibility for the food drying out, over cooking at this point.
