NUMBERS: Numbers of people too cater for must be confirmed 2 (two) weeks prior to the function and those numbers will be catered for and charged for. LOSS: All losses / breakages to property of the Blissful Delights or any of its subcontractors will be billed to you a

t the replacement value plus 15% VAT. PART CATERING: We do not do “part” catering as this interferes with the integrity of our product. Except in situations where we are confident that our product will not be confused with that of another service provider. PRICES: We reserve the right to amend prices should our cost price fluctuate beyond our reasonable control. FLEXIBILITY: Whilst we – at all times – strive to be flexible, all items changed after we have purchased their ingredients, will be charged for at full quoted price. SUBSTITUTIONS: Should an ingredient, for any reason, be unavailable we reserve the right to replace it with a suitable substitute. VALIDITY: Quotes are valid for 10 days. Kindly contact Blissful Delights for an extension. CANCELLATIONS: If you cancel 30days prior to your wedding - 75% deposit refund will be given. If you cancel 14 days prior to wedding - no deposit will be refunded. OTHER: We allow a 15min delay in times confirmed, but should you take longer that 15min and food have to stand, we take no responsibility for the food drying out, over cooking at this point.
