Kleine Hopefield got its name from Plaasmol that has been nick named “die voorstad van Hopefield” or “suburb of Hopefield” for years.

The name Kleine Hopefield is standing up for its name as a suburb of Hopefield

Plaasmol started in 2011 with only 3 parking spaces. The idea was having multiple shops under one brand name, being on the farm and almost like a mall. It started with Koringkriek Coffeeshop and Muisnes Petshop. The Route 45 bar was a separate business. The smaller shops melted into one big entity namely, Plaasmol, Plaasmol Padstal or “Die Plaasmol Padstal”, and these names were claimed by Fransie with no room for new business identities.

The big chair, the plane, train coaches, wind turbine blade, largest pizza oven, festival terrain, parking and infra structure was part of an effort from the owner to make the farm a destination under one name and for all the individual businesses, and not to be claimed by one; hence the name change.

In March 2023 the farm changed its name to Kleine Hopefield to give every shop their own identity. Plaasmol Padstal and Ladybug Nursery is still one of the main attractions. Route 45 changed its name in August 2022 to Beeskrip Beer Garden as part of the renewal process. West Coast Rock Theater is a new venture and just joined us and plans to give us top notch theater productions.

We are proud of what we have accomplished so far and would like to make Kleine Hopefield your destination of choice.

"Beat Route" hulle bestaan uit 7 lede en hulle speel tans die musiek van "Boston ,Journey en Foreigner "
Die volle show is tans 24 songs ,waar hul n storie vertel van n liefdes paartjie wat ontmoet en hul lewensverhaal !
Die show is so net oor 2 en n half ure lank met 'n kort pouse!
