OUR ABSTRACT ART GALLERY

Being Woman’s Day, I felt I should highlight the
Talented Female Artist behind the
magical Art found on the walls
of Our Glass House.

Meeting just shortly after two weeks of this beautiful venue, a conversation was had and this was the very first painting I had set my eyes on.

My pure Joy is pairing Food with Art.
This piece drew me in with the Abstract Textures, Bold Colour yet clean lines, Passion and Funk.
Pop in your Mouth feels!

Immediately we decided that this would fulfill my dream of my first pairing… Abstract art and Food.

It’s a very special for me as it inspired to me our
Very First Fudart Gao Bao which is still a firm favourite for many.
The bold flavours found in a softy fluffy bun, layered with tricks, flavours, colour and textures.

Red Piano
Red Piano plays funky, fun tunes for everyone to have a jolly good time! If you look closer you will notice there are a few out of tune notes, but the ancient Red Piano never fails to fill the room with bright music!

Our Glass House by Fudart kicked off with a memorable Event on 2 May.

A Special Evening indeed hosted by Fudart and Tyrone
Such a spoil to have the opportunity to pair such beautiful Art and Wine with our food.

12 courses of floating food.
Each course paired with Award Winning Wine and Abstract Art.

Unbelievably spoiled to have our flavours paired with Wine Farms from the heart of Stellenbosch.
An amazing team of Wine Gurus who traveled from afar to spend this time with us… blessed beyond words.

The Menu was set out to be fun and fresh… Floating Canapes, Bowl Food and a Grazing Table.

Special THANKS to all those guests and our team who joined us. Your support was instrumental and so inspiring to start this journey.
The excitement was REAL to hear the laughter filtering through the House.

True to our name… pronounced “Food ART”. our walls at “Our Glass House” showcase the colours and textures by KZN Midlands Abstract Artist Maryn Reimers.

We strongly believe in small business support and local ingredients!

Service Excellence once again spoiled our guests! A professional front of house service team that you have often met at our Private Events. A “Curry’s Post” born and bred hospitality business owned and developed by Nicky Cawood.

The weather really “played” its part allowing amazing live music to be set out in the gardens. The sounds of Blackbird wafting through our House was spectacular.

We offer contemporary Streetfood from Asian Fusion, Moroccan Spices, Greek Plates, Mexican Fiestas, Italian Influences and any other Fresh Funky Fun!
