With each wedding and special event she worked on, Suzanne’s reputation for creating stunning and memorable floral displays grew.
When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, the entertainment industry, including weddings and events, was at a standstill for a combined ten months. Suzanne saw an opportunity to pivot and bring her artistry to a broader audience. She opened her first shop in the Creative Cube, a bold move that laid the foundation for what Blom would become.
Suzanne’s resilience and innovative spirit paid off. Her shop quickly gained a loyal following, and in February 2022, expanded to a new location in Tablebay Mall. This move marked a significant milestone for Suzanne and her team, who had worked tirelessly to grow the business during such uncertain times.
