Beef lasagne I did the other day. Here's the recipe 😋

Beef Lasagne Recipe

INGREDIENTS

30 ml olive oil
2 onions, chopped
2 carrots,diced
1 Tablespoon garlic crushed
2Tablespoons Patak's spice paste
800 g lean beef mince
1/2 canned tomatoes, peeled & chopped
3 tablespoon tomato paste
4 Tablespoons tomato sauce
savoury mince cook in sauce
mushroom sauce
1Teaspoon Paprika
1Teaspoon garlic n herb spice
6 – 9 lasagne sheets
1 Cup Fresh milk
1 Cup Fresh Cream
2 Tablespoons Flour
2 Tablespoons
handful frozen garden peas (Optional)
3 cups mozzarella cheese
Fresh parsley for garnishing

Mince Recipe
Heat oil in a large pan and add onions,carrots and garlic and ginger
Fry till soft then add spice paste and garlic and herb spice
Give it a stir then add tomato paste and tomato sauce
Then add canned tomatoes
Stir and let it simmer for about 3-4 minutes
Add mince and stir until everything is mixed together
Let it simmer for a few minutes,Then season with
Continue stirring till mince is cooked
Add frozen peas and stir
Pour savoury mince Cook in sauce and mushroom sauce powder
Add paprika and stir
Mix and add water
Let it simmer for about 5 minutes and turn off the stove

White sauce

Melt butter in a pot
In a bowl add flour,aromat,milk and cream and whisk until smooth
then pour into the pot while stirring to avoid lumps.
keep stirring until the sauce has thickened
Let it simmer for about 3 minutes while stirring (it shouldn't be too thick).
If it thick add some milk and stir
Then set aside once cooked

To Assemble the lasagne
Start with a layer of white sauce in a greased oven proof pan
Then layer you Lasagne sheets
Followed with cooked mince
Then another layer of Lasagne sheets
Pour the mince again
Put another layer of lasagne sheets
Generously pour the white sauce
Top with cheese and grill
