As the sun set over Johannesburg, families gathered around round tables bathed in golden light, creating an intimate atmosphere. Flickering fairy lights danced overhead, casting a magical glow that perfectly complemented the warm autumn air.

Each table was a gathering place for stories and connections, where cherished memories were shared amidst the aroma of delicious food. The clear skies above set the stage for a night to remember, as the breeze whispered softly through the leaves, wrapping everyone in a cosy embrace.

A fairytale wedding at Beechwood Gardens , where paisleypicnics orchestrated a sensory symphony of romance. The fragrance of jasmine garlands whispering secrets on the gentle breeze, the vibrant hues of a thousand blossoms creating a breathtaking aisle, and the soft rustle of petals beneath your feet. Every detail, from delicate floral accents to the grand canopy overhead created a harmonious blend of elegance - a masterpiece of colour and texture.

We catered for the most beautiful wedding at the Beechwood Gardens in Hydepark.

Our plated starter painted a picture of culinary delight with Sliced Buffalo Mozzarella resting on crisp rocket, adorned with whole roasted walnuts and marinated heirloom cocktail tomatoes. A sweet balsamic glaze and a refreshing lemon sorbet completed the dish beautifully.

For the main course, we served a vibrant array of Red Beans paired with fragrant Basmati Rice and delicate Romali Rotli. Accompanied by spicy mango pickle and zesty raita, this dish was elegantly presented in a coconut shell and garnished with fresh coriander. A side of spicy Peri Peri Potato Shak provided just the right amount of warmth.

What an incredible experience, and we are so happy for the beautiful couple!

At the beautiful Beechwood Gardens wedding, we had the pleasure of serving an exquisite selection of vegetarian canapés. Each dish was thoughtfully presented on designer platters, perfectly matching the event's colour scheme. Guests savoured delightful bites like our Dahi Puri Chaat topped with sev, pomegranate seeds, and fresh coriander; Mini Coconut Ladoo Pops adorned with edible flowers; and Crispy Potato Shak Samosas served with a sweet chilli dipping sauce. They also enjoyed Mini Red Pepper and Tomato Tarts with avocado salsa and balsamic reduction, along with our Crispy Indian Naan Bread Bites filled with spinach and artichoke gratin, sprinkled with micro herbs.

It was a celebration of flavour and love, truly fit for such a special day, and we were so honoured to be a part of it!

What a truly incredible wedding at Beechwood Gardens !

Every detail was meticulously crafted to create an unforgettable experience. We were thrilled to present a fully vegetarian menu featuring delightful Indian cuisine, alongside our signature branded cocktails.

Each guest had their own unique painting, adding a personal touch, all topped off by the stunning decor from paisleypicnics that beautifully reflected the red door theme.
