we turn 24 and we're celebrating all the serious and not-serious moments from the last 24 years. And as a reminder to let the good times shine through always ❤
2 brothers from Krugersdorp came in through our office doors the other day. They mentioned that they have written a poem about 24 Carrots and would like to share it with Hylton Morby-Smith as they have turned that poem into a song.
They specifically asked for Hylton and they were reluctant to perform to us as the Team. They asked their mom for R220 to catch Taxis to come to the carrot patch and they didn't even know how much it was going to cost them to get there. They had to take 4 taxis to get to the office and by the time they got to us, all of their money was finished. They didn't have money to go back home.
It was such an emotional and touching experience. They performed the song to us with so much energy and you could tell that a lot of effort went into it.
They got something very right, we are definitely a family at 24 Carrots, we are more than just colleagues.
The brothers names are Brian and Wayne.
