Yesterday’s wedding unfolded in the few precious hours of sunlight before the heavens opened in a dramatic rainstorm — and what a beautiful window of magic it was. ✨🌦️
We created a classical ceremony palette of soft pinks, gentle purples, deep magentas and berry tones, weaving together delicate blooms that felt both romantic and timeless. From the aisle arrangements to the ceremony florals, every petal was placed with love as we transformed the space into a garden of colour and calm.
There’s something special about working against the rhythm of the weather — the hush before the storm made each moment feel even more meaningful. And as the first drops began to fall, the celebration continued wrapped in beauty, joy, and flowers.

Fields of Colour is a boutique florist and flower delivery service based in Fourways, Johannesburg. In addition to supplying flowers and creating exquisite flower arrangement, we are a floral decorator as well as wedding and function design company and offer a competitively-priced range of decor elements for hire. We offer and deliver a variety of the freshest seasonal flowers which are handpicked at the flower market by Leeandra and her team to ensure superior quality. Our flower arrangements and gift hampers can be ordered directly from our online shop or via email and will be delivered to you from Monday to Friday between 9 am and 5 pm. If required, Saturday morning deliveries can be arranged on request.
