Yesterday we took over the kitchen at @niroxfoundation to serve the VIP area. The theme for the @wintersculpturefair was line of sight, how we have developed from cooking with fire to how we use electricity today. We interpreted that into an African road trip - live fire cooking, Ndebele spice route and inspired African flavors with an on trend flair. Thank you for having us @french.cornersa @artlogicmedia
