We are looking for an energetic General Manager with approximately 10 years’ experience in the restaurant and private event industry that will and be required to run a thriving rooftop lifestyle restaurant and venue hire business in the heart of Maboneng, Johannesburg.

Some of the General duties include but is not limited to:

Managing all operational, financial, and marketing aspects of the restaurant and private event venue departement

Working closely with the managers to do stock-takes, cash-ups, and floor set ups

Menu creation & management

Inventory management and placing of orders

Managing customer care and guest satisfaction and handling customer complaints

Streamlining the restaurant processes to improve efficiencies and guest experiences

Compiling a digital marketing plan, and promoting and marketing the business

Generating financial and operational reports

Recording payroll data

Addressing HR issues in conjunction with the HR Division

Managing and training of the team

Qualifications: Matric and Sales & Management & Hospitality and Marketing related qualification at NQF level 5.
