We took a boutique group of high achievers (many of whom had never flown before) to Mauritius and delivered cuisine, coastlines, and custom-made adventures.

What we did: hand‑held first‑time flyers from door to beach, built a custom HISIDE incentive app so every detail was in the palm of their hands, and filled each day with personalized delights — Mauritian dance parties every night, rum tasting, deep‑sea fishing, a catamaran island escapes, authentic market shopping, and themed dinners that tasted like a world tour.

One minute, you’re the Project Manager planning timelines. The next, you’re Moving Furniture as the Operations Manager. Then suddenly, you’re the Creative Designer tweaking signage “just a quick change.”
