A lesson in marketing for my child.

He’s been asking for months but I refused to buckle at the R400 mark although I literally made it to the till and then had a moment of sanity. Clever Checkers recognized the massive demand and gap and made it available at a slightly more reasonable price.

None of them taste out of this world. The Blue Raspberry is the best by far. His take is that the Tropical one tastes “horrible” and the Lime is “ok”.

But now he understands how marketing works and to think about what people are trying to sell you.

** For the record. Son is still obsessed with Prime and talking about it relentlessly.
