mply to enhance the performance of a group of people who are working towards some shared and agreeable goal. This will happen either through improved effectiveness and cooperation or an attitudinal upliftment by team members. If you as an organiser of teambuilding cannot align the event with these objectives, then our suggestion is to stop and rethink before time and money is wasted. For the last 15 years we have actively participated in the teambuilding industry and it has been a wonderful experience and has involved all sorts of trials and tribulations. We have operated a river rafting and teambuilding camp called Hadeda Creek near Parys, we have created and run 28 different types of fun-based teambuilding activities for hundreds of corporations, as well as facilitated over 6 500 learning based sessions to enhance personal and team development.
