The pros and cons of teambuilding have been discussed and debated for years but the proof is definitely in the eating and teambuilding is here to stay. The reason for teambuilding is quite si

mply to enhance the performance of a group of people who are working towards some shared and agreeable goal. This will happen either through improved effectiveness and cooperation or an attitudinal upliftment by team members. If you as an organiser of teambuilding cannot align the event with these objectives, then our suggestion is to stop and rethink before time and money is wasted. For the last 15 years we have actively participated in the teambuilding industry and it has been a wonderful experience and has involved all sorts of trials and tribulations. We have operated a river rafting and teambuilding camp called Hadeda Creek near Parys, we have created and run 28 different types of fun-based teambuilding activities for hundreds of corporations, as well as facilitated over 6 500 learning based sessions to enhance personal and team development.

What an incredible day out with such a successful teambuild. The Beyond Teambuilding facilitators held an amazing survivor challenge at the beautiful D’Aria Winery

Everyone was split into teams where they had multiple activities to complete in order to gain their team points. At the end of the survivor challenge, the team with the most points wins 🏆

Lots of laughs and fun was shared amongst the clients and the facilitators. Thank you to all who joined in and made it a teambuild to remember.

What a day, everyone focussed on one outcome … survival! Challenges, problems to solve, delegate, collaborate, there is only one team that comes out on top! Accolades aside, everyone had a great time 👍

The Variety Show allows each team to get a chance to come up and experience some fun. We start off the amazing Moola drop - ANSWER 3 questions and BANK as MUCH money AS YOU CAN 💰

After banking all your money each team will stand a chance to spin the wheel and what ever it lands on the team must perform infront of the other teams. The teams that are not performing at the moment will be asked to score the preforming team.

Nothing better than a nice hot potjie in this very cold weather 🥶 An amazing cook off set place at the beautiful Sandton Lodge everyone was split into groups for a cook off 🥘

The teams were provided with their own cooking kits which included all the necessary ingredients and cooking equipment. They were required to cook up a storm and allow the facilitator’s to be the judge of how they would market their potjie, their customer service and the taste of their delicious meal 🥘

Thank you so much to everyone who joined us it was a fantastic team build.

What an incredible day spent team building together at the stunning Birchwood Hotel. The Beyond Teambuilding facilitators hosted a number of challenges.
The event divided the group into different teams with each team required to compete various tasks while accumulating various points. The team who accumulated the most points throughout the various challenges was deemed the Ultimate Survivor !

The day was both memorable and adventurous for both the facilitators and the clients. This is a definitely a day to remember. Thank you Birchwood for allowing us to host our amazing event.

Our newest and most varied team-building programme is called DigiHunt. We can construct it with the outcomes you desire because it is completely adjustable. DigiHunt provides everything, including enjoyable activities and projects requiring strategic thought and teamwork! We've also used it in a gamified playground as a teaching tool! For added humour, pictures and videos from the challenges will be available to view after the event!

This activity requires coordinated organisation from each team. Delegates will be under pressure to assign responsibilities and complete all the tasks on schedule. As each team reaches their table, they will each receive a box containing Lego parts. Once the activities are finished, manuals can be purchased to guide them towards finishing the lego puzzles.

Activities include solving puzzles, overcoming obstacles, physical and cryptic challenges.

In life we go about life and work with a solid focus of what we need to do and when. Successful people and teams take time to sit back and review their purpose and capture this in what we call “ The Big Picture” When you are lucky enough to see this Picture, your motivation and inspiration is found. … then add the technical garb

The bigger picture is made up of multiple highly enjoyable activities that encourage cooperation and provide joy to all.

Each team must finish the assignments that have been presented to them by our excellent facilitators. Resources can be acquired when an operation is finished. Every team will have a quick strategy meeting before being allowed to start painting. 🎨

When every team has finished their work, the canvases will be positioned on the final grid. When each canvas is finished, THE BIG REVEAL will take place! 👨🏼‍🎨
