We continue to share the delights of the Pomegranate Festival held in Van Wyksdorp. Not only was the Pomegranate festival on the go but we also spent the afternoon at the Buffelfontein Art Gallery to browse art and hear the results of the Limerick Competition. We also sat down for a delicious plate of potjie made by the wonderful full chefs for the day. See all our pictures below showing off the details. Thank you so much to our Potjie Chefs, the food was amazing. And we'll done to all the Limerick winners!!

We continue to share the delights of the Pomegranate Festival held this past Sunday in Van Wyksdorp. A wonderful lunch was held at The Dusty Dog - previously Spekboom while the Buffelfontein Gallery prepared for the Limerick winners anouncement. Thank you to Sue and Matty once again for their food preparation and The Dusty Dog and its team for keeping the pomegranate mojitas flowing to quench the thirst of our guests.

On Sunday, the Pomegranate Festival in Van Wyksdorp was a resounding success, featuring a guided tour of Jack Lewis' pomegranate factory, complete with captivating explanations and succulent pomegranate treats. Shall we take a look at Jack's outstanding Pomegranate factory and all the treats?

This past Sunday, the Pomegranate Festival in Van Wyksdorp proved to be a resounding success, featuring a guided tour of Jack Lewis' pomegranate factory, replete with captivating explanations and succulent pomegranate treats. Furthermore, The Dusty Dog - previously Spekboom provided a warm and inviting atmosphere, while the Buffelfontein Gallery served as the venue for our guests to listen to the winners of the Limerick Competition. The day drew to a close with a leisurely gallery stroll, showcasing artworks specially crafted for the festival by local artists, followed by a spectacular potjie presentation by skilled chefs, offering an array of options from vegetarian to lamb, with the added bonus of pomegranate. Further details and photographs will be shared in the coming week. We would like to express our appreciation to all parties involved, our guests, and Jack Lewis for his time and generous pomegranate donation.
