From the moment the client contact me until the flowers are delivered, I am the person they deal with. It is very important for me to take the time to finalise with the client all the options available i.e. flower choices, budget, occasion the flowers are sent for, delivery date.

This can be done with a phone call but it seems that customers prefer Whatsapp messages to contact us.

65 table arrangements done all by myself in under 72 hours. Sometimes I have to be pushed to the limits to see that I CAN do it. Thanks to my husband who prepared dinner 3 nights in a row, seeing that I had coffee, keeping me motivated, rubbing my aching shoulders, cleaning the floor and work stations in between, delivering my arrangements to the venue and keeping the normal house hold going.

Sunflowers are a very popular choice. So cheerful in appearance.
