Playalot® Indoor Adventure Park is a high-energy, family-friendly entertainment venue where fun meets adventure! We’re looking for a vibrant, people-loving go-getter to join our team as a Receptionist/Cashier

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
📌 Oversee the reception area, ensuring a welcoming and organised front desk.
📌 Manage bookings, payments, and admissions efficiently.
📌 Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system for ticket sales and retail purchases.
📌 Maintain and update our customer database system accurately.
📌 Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally.
📌 Assist in resolving customer concerns and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
📌 Work closely with the team to support daily operations and events.
📌 Ensure the reception area is clean, stocked, and running smoothly.
📌 Assist the Head of Marketing with ad-hoc tasks when required.
