Our paths crossed in April when I had to go through 26 email applications and God led us to choose these 5 beautiful couples. Their stories cut through social meadia hearts and were voted to be part of the mass wedding ku Thando Lwama Mpondo Festival 2024.

On the 7th of June I got to meet them for the very first time in our photoshoot in PSJ. We then re grouped and started planning our big day for September. I have never seen such enthusiastic and happy souls, I mean if you were to be in their WhatsApp group you would think they have known one another for some time.

I would like to wish each and everyone one of you the best in your marriage. The best with raising your kids and growing your families. May your hearts never run dry of love and keep it overflowing for one another and the community around you. May you never run dry of means to make your dreams come through.

Nindithandile, nandihlonipha, nithandana, nani nathandwa sisizwe sama Mpondo nanga phasheya. Now it’s time for you to use all the love you received ku Thando Lwama Mpondo and pour it back as we rebuild isizwe sethu.
