The COVID-19 pandemic has turned the catering industry on its head, as industry staples like large weddings, and other big gatherings have been canceled across the board with no clear indication for when these ever happen! Luckily its all in the past and we can return to the old normal! while there have been many changes in the industry and some things remain uncertain, it is very unlikely that the catering industry will disappear as a whole. Things might be done a little differently, but people will always need food. The catering industry is doing well and so are we with new ideas and changes -

We were truly blessed to cater for a unique wedding of Jaco and Rochelle on top of a mountain on their family farm overlooking the Ohrigstad Valley....It yook 20 min by 4x4 to reach the site and it was worth every second..Rochelle you looked stunning and Jaco in his full uniform completed the picture of a blissful couple on the brink of a new life as husband and wife! We must admit..it was hectic and we could not get as many pics as we would have liked and therefore we eagerly await the professional pictures!!

We wouldn’t be where we are today if it wasn’t for love, the Cowshed started when someone decided they wanted to declare their love on our beautiful farm. Love has gotten us to where we are in so many beautiful ways, the love for what we do for the people we do it for and the love they have for each other. Skole kook het vandag by ons 'n opname kom maak! Die opdrag was om 'n choux deeg produk te maak en het ons hulle gewys wat ons hier in die platteland kan doen! Die sout choux deeg produk was 'n eclair gevul met vars gerookte Forel (dankie Lunsklip) met chillie en pomelo en die soet choux deeg produk was 'n suurlemoen meringue 'cupcake'.
