Kanker stap, Saterdag 11 Oktober by Kamp Aquila.

🌸 Ons sien baie uit om saam met julle die Kanker Stap te geniet!🌸

Hier is bietjie meer inligting oor die roetes en die dag:

🚶‍♀️ *Roetes*

Daar is twee opsies om van te kies, sodat almal gemaklik kan stap.
Albei roetes is bergroetes:

“Easy Going” – ’n Lekker gemaklike roete van ongeveer 4 km.

Die eerste 2 km is ’n bietjie opdraende

Daarna volg ’n lekker afdraende gedeelte

“For the Fit” – ’n Mooier, maar meer uitdagende roete van sowat 7 km.

Ongeveer 3 km hiervan is redelik steil opdraande

👨‍👩‍👦‍👦 Let wel: Kinders onder 8 jaar wat stap, moet vergesel wees deur hul ouers.

👯‍♀️ Bring ’n span – vriende of kollegas vir ekstra spangees!
