Allow Him to be ,allow Him to comfort you through your difficult season,He loves you unconditionally...

We go through difficulties in life be it traumatic experiencs,the loss of loved ones,physical illnesses , mental health issues etc....one thing I've learnt is that we cannot come out of it without the direction and healing power of God ! Don't shut him out of your life and feel that you are alone, you're NOT,draw closer to Him,He wants to be there to take you through the season!
