Spiced Chicken dipped in mayo, spaghetti, butternut, sweet potato, mashed potato with green beans, green salad and gravy. 😋

Let's dig in.

Ingredients:
Thighs
Chicken spice
Peri-peri
Garlic flakes
Salt
Black pepper
Mayonnaise
Chutney

Marinate the chicken with spice, salt and garlic. Fry the thighs in a pan of oil, let it brown, add mayonnaise and Chutney, add a bit of water and let simmer for 5 mins. Remove from stove and place in oven pan. Cover with foil and bake for 40mins. Remove foil and grill for 15 mins. Turn the chicken as it browns.
