Dear Friends and Tequila Fans,
We extend our sincerest apologies for the unfortunate incidents that occurred during the Kaalfontein Massive Pens Down event. We deeply regret the disruptions to your experience and would like to address two key issues.
1. Fights that Occurred
We want to express our heartfelt apologies for the fights that transpired during the event. Unfortunately, our security team was inadequately staffed due to unforeseen circumstances with the security company we had contracted. With only two had bouncers at the gate, they faced overwhelming challenges in monitoring the entire venue to prevent altercations. Despite their efforts, we acknowledge that more personnel were needed to maintain order effectively. We are diligently working to rectify this oversight and ensure a safer environment at future events.
2. Sound & Artist Issues
We also apologize for the suboptimal sound quality that affected performances, notably impacting artists such as Tallarsetee, Skomota, and other MCs. Technical malfunctions with microphones hindered the artists' ability to deliver their best performances. We understand the disappointment this caused and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and unhappiness experienced by our valued attendees. Your feedback is invaluable, and we appreciate those who have already shared their thoughts. We are committed to learning from this experience and implementing improvements for future events. Your continued support means the world to us, and we are dedicated to ensuring a more seamless and enjoyable experience when we come together next.
