I haven’t done deliveries in the longest time and please welcome me back for the next 2 weeks 🤗.
The exercise is needed for the business to establish if there’s anything new /challenging for drivers compared to when “I “started the business in 2017 compared to now in 2025. I must say today was a beautiful day and seeing all your smiles keeps us going. 🥰
Today one of the challenges “I” was the waiting time for access codes at guarded premises. Even after a delivery notification is sent prior to dispatching , those who stay at security guarded places that needs Access code, codes are never sent on time on immediately as soon as they receive Comms and that delays delivery time for other orders because the driver will be camping outside waiting for the access code. So if that can happen to 5 clients then the drivers delivery times are totally rearranged.
