closing off on a christmas function and probably the last big one of the year. Let me take my hat off for the team who worked tirelessly for the past 3 days from Mis en place to cleaning. But let me salute all Chefs who do this hard work of serving huge numbers outside of their comfort Zone. It isn't easy.
Ejaradini will be open through out the festive season, if you want to come chill or book an event with your friends, family or staff. Just haaala us we will be at your service.

In the beginning, they lived under apartheid.

Meals With Meaning!

You'll be treated to a spectacular three-course (or more) meal expertly prepared by a team of students from the CPSH School of Hospitality under the guidance of acclaimed Chef Citrum Khumalo, using salvaged produce that would otherwise have gone to waste.
We look forward to sharing this experience with you!

We need you! Your support helps us rescue more food and feed more people while you get to be entertained and learn how and why we NOSH 🙂 These events also provide valuable hands-on experience for the students, preparing them to become excellent and more conscious chefs in the future!

There is also a lucky draw and we hope to be able to put together some great goodie bags (also, if you'd like to contribute to those, do give us a shout?). There will be a cash bar.

There will also be a selection of art on display and for sale as an additional fundraiser - all proceeds go to NOSH.

The culinary arts association of South Africa is looking for 2 young people to voluntarily do some administration work. Person needs to be residing around Midrand, Thembisa, Klipfontein area.
