Our sample menus can be viewed on our website and are created by Sandy, Lenny and our team. In consultation with you we will design specific menus to suit your taste, budget and any specific dietary requirements. We prefer to use niche suppliers and local businesses wherever possible as this allows for traceability and the highest quality of produce used.
