As houseofsimplylu we would like to reach our weekend clients and ask for their sincere apologies.

Our set up was done and beautiful however the tent let us down and broke. Our second option also didn't come through for us. As a business we sincerely apologize and we didn't any professionalism towards our clients we dearly apologize.
