This unforgettable weekend of luxury allowed guests to indulge in a culinary journey led by renowned chef Pete Goffe-Wood, paired with exquisite fine wines. Guests were also treated to luxurious spa treatments, inspiring company from legendary rugby players, guided garden walks with Tim Steyn (the visionary behind our gardens), and captivating art sculpture walks with Tyron Selmon-Butler, curator from Art Eye Gallery, showcasing 20 magnificent sculptures throughout our gardens. Helicopter flips over our award-winning gardens added the perfect touch to this exceptional experience. 🌟 We were honored to host 71 beautiful weddings and 71 corporate events, each one uniquely memorable and meticulously crafted by our dedicated teams. 💍 Our Healing Earth Transformative Wellness Spa was awarded the Best Boutique Hotel Spa at the prestigious Les Nouvelles Esthétiques Spa Awards for South Africa 2024. A moment frozen in time: the snow story ❄ Our spring weekend transformed into a snowy blanket draping over the hills of the Midlands, revealing nature’s incredible beauty and power to bring sudden change. While it was spectacular and joyful to experience the snow, it also presented numerous challenges that tested our teams, our guests, and our planned weddings. We applaud our amazing, resilient team who worked long hours to ensure our snowed-in guests were comfortable and safe. They made sure our brides and grooms could still have the wedding of their dreams. Saturday’s scheduled wedding was moved to Sunday due to the weather, and our teams navigated the elements with access challenges, melting snow, and power outages. Remarkably, we managed to host two weddings in one day. Not only did the Brahman Hills family rise to the challenge, but they also went above and beyond to make it happen against all odds. To our suppliers, your dedication to ensuring our weddings went ahead has been remarkable. Many of you travelled in severe weather conditions, got stuck in the snow, and even had to be towed, but you persevered! Thank you to all our guests for handling the unforeseen challenges with such grace. We could not have managed this without your understanding and patience!
