We're HIRING!

AN Artisan Café at EnStyle in Parys, Freestate is looking for an experienced Head Chef to join our team.

Our ideal candidate has 3-4 years of experience in kitchen management, should possess excellent leadership and communication skills and have the ability to work under pressure, delegate responsibilities, and monitor quality.

Additionally, proficiency in computer programs, understanding of health and safety management, and a diploma in Food/Hospitality are required.

Experience in stock management and control is also preferred.

Thank you for your continuous support and may you have a wonderful 2024 filled with great food and lasting memories.

After three years of establishing Pasch Creative Foods and catering across South Africa, we’ve finally made our way back to our first home in the Free State – De Vry Distillery. A full circle moment for us and our team.

We are so happy to share with you that our base for all our work will be from De Vry.
Pasch Creative Foods will join forces with De Vry Restaurant and will be running side by side.

Pasch will take the reins for the Restaurant and Distillery and focus on the creative side of our business. Sainkie will focus on operations and events.

Then the biggest and best news yet – we are very fortunate to be able to announce that our friend, colleague, and dessert genius, Wilhelmiena will be joining us as a partner in all operations. Pasch & Wilhelmiena was the winning team from Kokkedoor a few years ago and we have cooked together more times than we can count! Wilhelmiena will take charge of the Kitchen and work side by side on the creative side of the restaurant and catering. All her products will soon be available in De Vry’s Deli and online. Wilhelmiena’s amazing cakes will still be available to order as well as all her meticulously, delicious baked items. More on this to follow soon!

We are also excited to share our first event at De Vry Restaurant for Valentines on 14 Feb, with a delicious sharing menu available. Bookings are open and we hope to welcome you back to our restaurant and distillery in the Heart of the Northern Free State. The country of big, blue, open skies!

We will keep you updated on menu changes and exciting developments.
