The recently renovated Olijvenkraal is a modern & contemporary Wedding, Event and Conference venue situated in Paarl, surrounded by the picturesque Simonsberg Mountains. A contemporary design with modern accents makes for a luxurious space, with an abundance of natural light, rolling lawns surrounded by olive trees and grape vines. Our venue can accommodate up to 200 guests seated. Every event is

uniquely packaged and presented to your required needs. We have a dedicated in-house team to help assist in the planning and ex*****on of your special day, celebration or event. The estate is a production farm from which a variety of products are produced. Harvested and handcrafted goods from the vines and olive groves, are exclusive to the farm and will be available to purchase. A mere 50-minute drive from Cape Town, Olijvenkraal is accessible via the R45, nestled between Paarl and Franschhoek in the heart of the Western Cape Winelands. Top Tip 1 - Always plan accordingly.

If unpleasant weather is predicted, you will need to act and make appropriate contingency plans. These contingencies may include moving outdoor décor and furniture inside or undercover; hiring in a tenting company; ensuring umbrellas are available for guests as well as the bridal party.

Anything lightweight should be weighed down. Remember to plan for extreme heat or cold too. Ensure you have fans as well as order in extra ice to assist guests with the heat or alternatively, provide blankets and heaters to keep guests warm in the chilly weather.
