constructive criticism is a positive factor in everything and allows room for improvement in future..

This is one of the reviews we got on our page, please help us so that we can better the farmers experience next time…( Below is the response to some of the reviews)

Set up 3/10 (effort)
Sound 5/10 (e tsamaya e tima)
MCs 2/10 (🚮)
Slot 6/10(just okay)
Toilets 4/10 (😁)
Food 1/10(dina le makaka a ditshintshi
Dj 3/10 (For showing up at the event )
They only use cash 😩and ATM obviously Di hole

Maluti farmers market review response:
Set up 3/10 (effort) we not sure what was missing regarding the set up … maybe the floor plan wasn’t up to standard.

Sound 5/10 (e tsamaya e tima)
We have discussed this with the venue owner to increase the electrical phase of the venue, the usage of volts during the event consumes a lot of power so we struggle in that regard.

MCs 2/10 (🚮)
🤦🏾‍♂️🙌🏽This one we can respond because we believe QwaQwa has produced top tier Mc’s and they were part of the market because we believe they have mastered their craft as masters of ceremonies in that regard.

Slot 6/10(just okay)

Toilets 4/10 (😁)
Our mobile toilets were under pressure and some ended up blocking due to some of our attendees unfortunately disposed sanitary products and other materials we can not disclose on social media…even when our staff tried to correct the issue.

Food 1/10(dina le Maka ka a ditshintshi
We hope next time you notice this you take it up with management as we ensured every stall has a health certificate and all have fresh food which led to all stalls selling out on Sunday. If you remember the particular stall please make us aware.

Dj 3/10 (For showing up at the event )
They only use cash 😩and ATM obviously Di hole.

We had speed points at the entrance and bar respectively, so we not sure we we only use cash, and we slowly moving to a cashless system for our safety and yours

Please help us better The people’s market because your comfortably and experience is our priority 🙌🏽❤️ your input matters

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all, please note the following:

- Hubbly is allowed flavour and coal will be available at the venue
-Strictly Cans and Dumpies Allowed, No quartz in the venue.
- These items must be stored in a closed cooler.
- Beverages and refreshments will also be available for purchase at the venue.

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to each and every one of you for joining us from the stall owners, Staff and other stakeholders at Maluti Farmers Market. Your presence and support made the event truly special, and we appreciate your participation and engagement.

We hope you found the experience unique and eccentric as we did, and that you walked away with memories that will last forever . Your enthusiasm contributed to the success of this gathering, and we are grateful for your support.

We would like to apologise for any shortfall that we might have encountered and the weather. But in essence we will keep trying to make you this event bigger and better and without you it wouldn’t be possible.
