How do you like your scones......simple scone recipe
5cups flour
5tsp baking powder
250g butter
Hand Mix Well till it looks like bread crumbs
In a bowl
1n1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cap vanilla essence
1 n 1/2 cup milk
Mix well with a whisk and pour into the flour mix.
Mix well till combined that it forms a soft workable dough and work the dough on a floured surface, then simply roll and cut. You can egg wash them if u want or leave as is.
Bake at 190degrees for 15 minutes
