Peruvian Chicken with green sauce is one of my absolute favourite totally unique meals to make. We marinate free range Chicken thighs and drums with fresh lime juice and a medley of bold herbs and spices, then cook it to juicy perfection. The spicy cilantro-based green sauce is what really sends this dish over the top. We serve this with Green Rice, steamed Broccoli and a Jalapeño, red onion and mango salsa

I must be honest… not sure what to kick off with - I am sure most are on diets now, some have become Vegan probably, some have started intermittent fasting Im sure and some have most probably learned how to cook.
