Tandi Nzimande is the CEO of the Solidarity Fund. Prior to her role at the Fund, Tandi was the CFO of Chapter One Innovation Brokerage, a business model research and development firm. She is a chartered accountant and started her post articles career as a corporate finance advisor at Deutsche Bank where she spent 5 years.

Palesa Ntoagae joined the JSE in January 2022 as Director: Human Resources. In her capacity as HR Director, she is responsible for HR Operations, Change Management & Organisational Development, Learning & Development and Talent Management. She is also responsible for strengthening the JSE’s corporate culture to ensure that it is agile and adapts to the JSE’s new ways of work. Palesa will play a critical role in ensuring that the JSE successfully transitions in into a hybrid work environment as well as help build skills today, for a future-fit JSE.

Penny’s experience spans over 20 years in various industries such as manufacturing, mining, construction, fast-moving consumer goods, and entrepreneurship.

Lincoln made the move to Net1 from his role as Head of Group Card and Payments at Standard Bank Group.

Bonang Mohale is the President of Business Unity South Africa (BUSA), Chancellor of the University of the Free State, Professor of Practice in the Johannesburg Business School (JBS) College of Business and Economics and Chairman of both The Bidvest Group Limited and SBV Services and is a member of the Community of Chairmen in the World Economic Forum.

He is a highly respected South African businessman, who is known as much for his patriotism and his active role in seeking to advance the country’s interests. He is the past president of the BMF and Author of the best-selling books, ‘Lift As You Rise’ and ‘Behold The Turtle’, launched in November 2018 and November 2021 respectively – a compilation of some of his spoken and written words in which Mohale reveals the issues he is passionate about – among them ethical leadership, transformation, social justice, people development, constructive collaboration and integrity.
