💧 Hydrate and Refuel: After a trail run, replenish your body's fluids and nutrients by hydrating with water and consuming a balanced post-run meal or snack containing carbohydrates and protein. This helps replenish glycogen stores and supports muscle recovery.

🚧 Stretch and Foam Roll: Incorporate gentle stretching and foam rolling into your post-run routine to release tension, improve flexibility, and prevent muscle tightness. Focus on key muscle groups used during trail running, such as calves, quads, hamstrings, and hips.
