We smoke our A grade Brisket coated in a thick layer of MSG-free all natural spices, using local woods. After smoking meats in Houston Texas for 12 years, we bring the art of BBQing to Port Elizabeth. We smoke briskets Texas Style, selling at craft markets and catering to groups of up to 80 people for private functions. Our buns are artisan buns sourced from local aspiring bakers. Wood that are indigenous to our area all brought together to bring you the best BBQ experience this side of Texas.

Our Story

After smoking meats in Houston Texas for 12 years, we bring the art of BBQing to Port Elizabeth. We are an authentic Texas BBQ Food Truck / Caterers serving Beef Brisket, Pulled Pork and Chicken the authentic Texas way. Served on a roll with Red Onions and gherkins on the beef and Homestyle Coleslaw on the pork. Our premium grade meat is first coated in our own Texas rub (blend of 8 spices) and then smoked using local woods for up to 16 hours. You then have a choice of our three homemade BBQ sauces differing in heat intensities ranging from no heat in the Original, a slight amount of Peri Peri in the Slightly Spicy to maximum heat in the Texas Heat. All of this comes together to bring you a layered, smoky, flavourful taste that has made Texas BBQ world famous.

We sell at events and can cater your events for 10 to 140 people.
