LAUGHING CHEFS CATERERS HAD FUN.
A fun business means happy staff – happy staff means a great team.
It was great to see it this year, our people having fun. We have all been hit with some challenges this last year like no other. It was gratifying to listen to some say that even though they faced adversity, they learned a tremendous amount about themselves. This bunch will remember this year, and they will grow and be better for it. There are two kinds of roads to take, one is the straight road, and the other is the curving winding road, full of challenges. While some will choose the straight easier way, it is the curvy road that teaches us the most and makes us better for it.
