It’s Friday and nobody wants to be behind a stove right? I made these in the air fryer - these are baby potatoes that I washed thoroughly because we’re going to be cooking them skin on. Once clean, pre boil for 20 mins with salt.
You’ll know the potatoes are ready when you do the knife test. Next step; while hot - season with spices of your choice (I used vegetable spice, rosemary & olive spice, I used paprika and black pepper & some aromat ) I then added k***s of butter and fresh tyme
I set the air fryer to 180 and the time to 20 minutes
Toss the potatoes regularly till golden and enjoy!
