Mulissa and Makhadzi invited us for their very intimate and beautiful ceremony. It had about 50 guests, maybe less but it felt so intimate, so pure and absolutely laden with joy. Small ceremonies are my absolute favourite.

This part I call submission; submission to God, the author of marriage and submission to one another, kneeling before one another, through the humbling, summoning power of prayer. There's nothing as beautiful as it. It's a silent admission, a willful admission that without God, this doesn't work.
