Many of you may not know, but I have found a love for Floral Art since I joined my local flower club: Anna Louw.

Doing teaching dems is a vital part of my journey on completing the SAFU Teachers Exam that I am currently busy with. 🙏

Yesterday I had the privilige to give a demo at Vaal Triangle Flower Club. I focused on the following design styles: parallel design, a pillow design and displacement.

There are still a lot of flower clubs all over the country, most of these clubs have been in existance for over 50 years. So much knowledge on floral art, design principles and elements are shared and taught at these flower clubs.

So, if you want to grow in your floral design journey, or just want to have fun and be creative - definitely join your local flower club! 🩷🌸

This has been by far one of my fave weddings of 2025! 😍

This venue is quite far out with a lekker gravel road, but that didn't stop us. Ignette and myself worked together, planned the wedding's flowers and décor. I made the bouquet and got all the flowers ready, they came and picked up and were so hard working - packed it all out themselves and arranged it at the location.
