Bridgerton vibes! A decadent nougat cake with lots of nutty, chocolaty, meringue-y crunch, wrapped in buttercream and decorated with lots and lots... and lots... of sugarpaste victorian & baroque leaves, frames & decorations.

Hierdie koek was vir my 'n heerlike uit-die-boks projek wat my kreatiewe sap wawyd wakker gemaak het en my ure se pleasier - en natuurlik so bietjie stres - verskaf het! Dit was met soveel liefde gemaak vir eienaars van Venue Nouveau Wedding Venue se dogter Tana se kombuistee. Dankie Dina Greyling dat jy my hiermee vertrou het!!

Delft koek vir 'n 80ste verjaarsdag - wat 'n fees om te maak! Dekadente, klam vanillakoek met meringue- en nougatvulsel propvol neute, sjokelade, heuning en room.

Amaaaaazing styled photoshoot at Venue Nouveau - "Unrefined Devine Splendor"!!! 4 Tiered wedding cake with over 100 individual handmade ricepaper sails, waferpaper ruffels & gumpaste petals. What an honour being part of this shoot, creating a cake outside my comfort zone, thinking outside the box, loving every moment and pleasantly surprised by the end product (which was unpredictable to the end - waferpaper has a life of its own!!)
