🌟🏌️‍♂️ What a Tee-rific Day at the Golf Course with Zutari! 🏆🍽️

We had an absolute blast hosting Zutari's , golf day at The Pretoria Country Club. The sun was shining, the swings were on point, and the food... oh the food! 😍

🌭 **Halfway House Delights** 🌭
Players had a choice between our mouthwatering beef or chicken Prego rolls - the perfect pick-me-up to fuel their game!

🥙 **Prize Giving Feast** 🥙
As the sun dipped down, we transitioned from the green to a dinner that was nothing short of spectacular!

**Starters** – Assorted filled mini pitas took centre stage on the tables, providing a taste catered to every palate - lamb, chicken, or beef. Just one little bite? Not a chance!

**Mains** – Our buffet was a feast fit for champions:
- Tender Lamb Shank that melts in your mouth
- Succulent grain-fed roast beef with a herb crust that had everyone asking for seconds
- Broccoli and cauliflower au gratin, creamy and dreamy
- Fluffy basmati rice, the perfect companion to all that goodness
- And let’s not forget the potato salad drizzled with a pecan, olive oil, honey, parsley & spring onion dressing - a little crunch, a bit of zing! 😋

**Dessert** – After all that deliciousness, we rounded things off with irresistible mini doughnuts, zesty lemon squares, and decadent chocolate brownies. It was the sweet ending we all deserved! 🍩🍋🍫

Last night The Pretoria Country club hosted its New Members cocktail evening. We were thrilled to be a part of it, and our catering team went above and beyond to create a memorable experience for all guests.

Our menu was a hit, with each dish carefully crafted to delight the senses. Here are some of the highlights:

Pickled Baby Beets with black pepper crusted goats' cheese and pickled Orange (served in adorable Chinese spoons)
Black Polenta Bites with wild mushrooms and crispy bacon
A delightful twist on a classic favourite, Steamed chicken roll with blackberry open burger.
Fresh and flavourful Salmon California roll with black and white sesame and soya sauce pipette
Tender and tantalizing Black pepper crusted fillet bites with horseradish cream, rocket and pomegranate open burger
And for dessert, our Blackberry custard tartlets and Cheesecake squares with black liquorice were the perfect sweet treats to round off the evening

We loved working with the beautiful black and white theme to add a touch of elegance to the evening. The perfect blend of sophistication and whimsy!

We had the absolute pleasure of hosting an unforgettable Gentlemen's Evening at our esteemed Carl Jeppe venue at Pretoria Country Club, in partnership with St Albans College on the 19th of July 2024! What an incredible night it was!

We spoiled the dads and sons to a culinary journey like no other, as they savoured the finer things in life. From the moment they arrived, they were treated to a warm welcome with a special sherry, setting the tone for a sophisticated evening ahead.

The culinary masterpiece that followed was truly exceptional! Our chefs paired each course with a wine, ensuring that every bite and sip was a match made in heaven. The white wine perfectly complemented the starter, Crispy roasted butternut with citrus segments, pecorino shavings, toasted seed mix, rocket with honey soy dressing.

While the red wine elevated the main course, Grilled Beef Rump Steak, expertly cooked to perfection and served with a rich, bold Red Wine Reduction Sauce, paired with crispy Potato Croquettes and a medley of seasonal vegetables, to new heights.

And what better way to cap off the evening than with a glass of port and a decadent dessert, Freshy baked Apple Crumble, smothered in a velvety Chantilly cream.

As we raise our glasses (and forks!) to celebrate this unforgettable evening, we're reminded that we are never too young or too old to indulge in the finer things in life. Whether you're a seasoned connoisseur or just starting to appreciate the art of fine dining, there's always room for a little sophistication and luxury.

🍷✨ We were truly honoured to host the annual gourmet dinner and wine pairing with Saronsberg Wine Farm on July 18, 2024, in the gorgeous Grand Lounge venue at Pretoria Country Club! 🍽️✨

A heartfelt thank you to Mandy Dewing from Saronsberg Wine Farm for presenting their exceptional wines, adding an unforgettable touch to the evening.

Here's a glimpse of our exquisite menu that delighted all our guests:
- *Amuse-bouche: * Freshly shucked oysters with delicate fennel lemon cream and seaweed caviar
- *Starters: * Tropical fruit slaw with delicately seasoned fish cake, crumbed and fried till golden

"Happy Birthday to the lovely ladies Michelle and Anna, who celebrated their 50th birthday in style with us this past Saturday!

We're so thrilled that they chose our venue to mark this major milestone, and we're still buzzing from the excitement of the day.

Our chef's spread was a hit, with favourites like our signature Herb-Crusted Lamb Delight, Rich Oxtail and decadent Crème Brulé, and don't even get us started on our craft cocktails - Smoking Black Martin's were served as a special treat for the ladies.

But what really made the day special was the love and laughter shared between Michelle and Anna, surrounded by friends and family. We're honoured to have been a part of their celebration and can't wait to see what the next chapter brings for these two amazing women.
